Tibia Summer Update 2023: what’s new on the map?

CipSoft released the 2023 Summer Update! This blog post focuses on what this means for Tibia map explorers. For information on other aspects of this update, see the official announcement on Tibia.com or the detail page for the Summer Update 2023 update on TibiaWiki.

Our map downloads have already been updated to include the new areas in this update. As always, we didn’t just map-explore the new areas — we’ve also added countless useful markers to help you smoothly navigate the new areas.

With the release of this update, CipSoft confirmed to TibiaMaps.io that there are now 3,964,404 walkable tiles in total. (The previous official number was 3,923,097 walkable tiles, following the release of the 2022 Winter Update.) This total consists of 3,958,011 regular tiles and 6,393 conditionally walkable tiles such as quest doors. CipSoft has also shared the total number of unwalkable tiles: 17,128,471 (previously 16,988,159).

A new island has been discovered to the south of Ankrahmun.

Rotten Blood

As part of the new Rotten Blood quest, a new portal in Drefia appeared.

The Blood Vestibule is a hub providing access to new hunting grounds and dangerous bosses.
