Tibia Monk Update: what’s new on the map?

CipSoft released the Monk Update! This blog post focuses on what this means for Tibia map explorers. For information on other aspects of this update, see the official announcement on Tibia.com or the detail page for the Monk update on TibiaWiki.

Our map downloads have already been updated to include the new areas in this update. As always, we didn’t just map-explore the new areas — we’ve also added countless useful markers to help you smoothly navigate the new areas.

With the release of this update, CipSoft confirmed to TibiaMaps.io that there are now 4,093,219 walkable tiles in total. (The previous official number was 4,083,205 walkable tiles, following the release of the 2024 Winter Update.) This total consists of 4,086,722 regular tiles and 6,497 conditionally walkable tiles such as quest doors. CipSoft has also shared the total number of unwalkable tiles: 17,674,398 (previously 17,647,527).

Various pre-existing areas (including Dawnport and the Elemental Spheres quest areas) have been modified as part of this update, and thus had to be re-explored.

Blue Valley

After reaching level 8 on Dawnport, monks can transfer to a new area called the Blue Valley.
